Motorists traveling Mississippi roads this weekend should be aware of a few delays, according to the state Department of Transportation. In DeSoto and Panola counties, crews will be performing work on Saturday on I-55 at Church Road to Cobb Road.
In Pearl River County, crews will close the southbound lane of I-59 at the Millard Exit this weekend for bridge repair. Also, construction crews will be performing clearing and grubbing operations on I-59 in Pearl River County between Mississippi 43 north at Exit 6 and at McNeil at Exit 15.
There will be no construction work on Monday. .
