Tallahassee's busiest interchange has become busier, with lane closures along Thomasville Road and Capital Circle Northeast. From Sunday through Thursday, the two roads have lanes closed between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. Tommie Speights, spokesman for the Florida Department of Transportation, said the project will not be completed until 2009. The Ocala-based Anderson Columbia Co. is widening the 3.9-mile stretch of Interstate 10, which includes the Thomasville Road exit. .
