Lighted arrow boards, advance warning signs and barricades will be used to assist motorists traveling through the area. • Devonshire Boulevard and Santa Barbara Boulevard intersection: Expect traffic to be detoured around the intersection of Devonshire Boulevard and Santa Barbara Boulevard today and Friday from 8 a.m.
